Click on the block where you want your add placed and then fill out the form with your info. When you are done filling out the form click on the paypal button. If you have a free 600 pixel ad just close the paypal window that shows up and nothing will be charged. If you are paying for a larger ad go ahead and continue with the paypal part and we will then refund your money for the free 600 pixels ($18). Ads will be approved within 24 hours usually.
